Join us for a 30-45 minute workout lead by Pre & Postnatal Fitness expert, Eryenne Brinn, followed by a cool down stretch and a *featured* postpartum health topic facilitated by The Herd's co founders Tina and Abbie. Bring a yoga mat & water bottle. Babies and children welcome but not required! Mom's of all ages & stages welcome!
