Sanity Session

Come join us for our first Sanity Session! We will do a 30-minute full-body workout led by pre & postnatal fitness expert, Eryenne Brinn, followed by a mindfulness meditation and mindful mama chat led by The Herd co-founders, Tina & Abbie! Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and hand weights (up to 10lbs) if you have them!
